Apn a usar:

apn: wap.ideasclaro

proxy: 127.0.0.1

Puerto: 8799

lo guardamos y seleccionamos

configuramos el Uc Browser:

replace URL: PROTOCO:HOST:PORT:PATH

ProxyPort

127.0.0.1:8799

Ahora activamos el Qpython

importamos el servidor y lo conectamos nos aparecera lo siguiente:

ya tienes internet Navega gratis.

ahora abrimos el Uc Browser y ya podremos navegar y descargar lo que querramos
